478016 Highway 6 & 10

Meaford, Ontario

NEC residential lot—all development plans to be approved by NEC ; lot 75 foot frontage and two hundred feet in depth has corner survey stakes. Front NW stake just at edge of driveway. Close to city on the east side of Highway 6&10 just north of StoneTree Golf and Fitness Club. Great location and easy access. It is a fairly level lot with 10X16 shed with metal roof. A previous owner many many years ago started to construct a house and then stopped -- no value in any remnants. In NEC--- so building plans need NEC approval (sometimes it could take six months for approval). Although there is mixed commercial in the area---those were grandfathered in years ago---so this lot is residential. There are other homes in the area and next door to a farm. Location is in the former township of Sydenham and now part of the municipality of Meaford. Water pipes from Owen Sound full capacity and no additions till water line upgraded. Suggest cistern and drinking water reservoir. Approval needed for recreational trailer. Asking price below this owners purchase price. Forms available to submit plans to NEC. (id:22681)
